In China, 19 people were trapped under rubble after a landslide


In southern China, in Guizhou province, according to preliminary data, 19 people were trapped due to two landslides. This was reported on May 22 by China Central Television (CCTV).
It is specified that the incident occurred in Dathan county. According to television, eight households were affected.
According to CCTV, about 120 military and 60 armed police fighters are taking part in rescue operations in the county.
Earlier, on April 27, four people were killed and 13 others injured after a landslide in Oran province in northwestern Algeria. It was reported that among the dead were women aged 18 and 45 and two children (a 5-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl). At the same time, all four were members of the same family.
