Ekaterina Tur, a doctor, psychosomatologist, and neuropsychologist, told us how to build healthy relationships within the family.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Thursday, May 15, the specialist emphasized that the process of parenting involves the personal development of a parent, and it is for this reason that they say that healthy relationships within the family require healthy moms and dads who are equal partners.

"All families are different, but the health and safety of children should be at the forefront. The family is a living system, it means respect, love, and caring for everyone without exception," the expert recalled.
