Luxury car sales have increased in Russia


By the end of April 2025, 78 new Luxury cars were sold in Russia, which is 15% more than in the same month last year. It is noteworthy that growth was recorded in this segment, while the entire Russian car market fell by 26% in the middle of spring, the analytical agency Autostat reported on April 15.
The most popular luxury brand in April was Bentley, with 27 units sold. With a minimal lag, Rolls-Royce (26 units) is located behind it. Next are Lamborghini (12 units), Ferrari (9 units), Aston Martin (3 units) and Maserati (1 unit).
Rolls-Royce Cullinan became the leader in the model rating for the fourth month in a row. The top three bestsellers also include two Bentley models, the Bentayga and the Continental.
In just four months of 2025, 193 new luxury cars were sold in Russia, which is only one car or 0.5% less than in January—April 2024.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that the average price of a new Russian car in April 2025 reached 1.48 million rubles, which is 54.8% more than in February 2022.
On May 13, Sergey Tselikov, director of the Autostat analytical agency, said that sales of new passenger cars by the end of 2025 could decrease by 20% compared to the previous year and reach 1.25 million cars.
