Four civilians were injured in the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Belgorod region.

As a result of strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region, four civilians were injured. This was announced on May 14 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"A truck in the village of Rozhdestveno, Valuysky district, was attacked by a drone. Two people were injured. Both victims were taken to Valuyskaya CRH. Currently, a man with an open traumatic brain injury is in the intensive care unit. The doctors are doing everything possible to save his life," he clarified on the Telegram channel.

Two people were also injured in the Shebekinsky district. There, a Ukrainian drone attacked a man who was walking along the road. He received shrapnel wounds and a mine explosion injury and was taken to the hospital. Another man was injured during the shelling of the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, he did not require hospitalization.

Earlier in the day, Gladkov reported that 16 civilians had been injured as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks on the Belgorod region over the past day. He clarified that there are eight people in hospitals, one of whom is in extremely serious condition.
