According to the investigation, the incident occurred on May 10 at about 11:00 Moscow time in the village of Dardarkent, Khiva district.

"A procedural check has been organized to clarify the causes and circumstances of the incident. A procedural decision will be made based on the results of the audit," the agency's Telegram channel says.
