Three ambulance workers were injured in the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belgorod region.

Two civilians and three ambulance personnel were injured as a result of drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region. This was announced on May 13 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"In Shebekino, EW (a means of electronic warfare. — Ed.) the drone was suppressed. It detonated in the air. As a result, the man was injured. The victim independently applied to the Shebekinsky CRH. He has a mine explosion injury and a shrapnel wound to his right thigh," Gladkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the victim will continue treatment in Belgorod city hospital No. 2.

It is reported that in the village of Shamino in the Shebekinsky district, a man suffered barotrauma as a result of a drone attack on a private house. Paramedics treated him on the spot, refused to be hospitalized, the publication says.

One drone was shot down, the second was helped by electronic warfare, and the drone exploded next to an ambulance. The doctor, the paramedic and the driver received barotrauma.
