The FSB has identified a large cache of weapons of Ukrainian saboteurs in Kurakhovo


A large cache of foreign weapons prepared for use by Ukrainian saboteurs was discovered in the city of Kurakhovo in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was reported on May 12 in the regional directorate of the FSB of Russia.
It is specified that two Western-made machine guns, two American Javelin anti-tank missile systems, hand grenade launchers manufactured by NATO countries, mines and grenades were found in the cache. According to the FSB, the cache was prepared for sabotage and terrorist groups of Ukraine, which were supposed to commit terrorist attacks in the DPR during the May holidays.
"The seized weapons and ammunition have been transferred to the research centers of the Russian Ministry of Defense for research," the ministry added.
On April 24, FSB officers discovered a cache of foreign weapons and ammunition in the village of Kurakhovka in the DPR. It contained assault rifles, grenade launchers, portable anti-aircraft missile systems and other weapons and ammunition. It is specified that the militants set up a hiding place in the school building.
