You can get a cottage or a plot of land in Russia for free. Sergei Gavrilov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Property, Land and Property Relations (KPRF faction), spoke about who has the right to do this on May 12.

According to him, such lands are often provided within the framework of current legislation or regional programs that support individual social and professional groups. For example, a plot can be given to a family with three or more children, subject to certain conditions.

"All family members must be Russian citizens, the land can be obtained only once, and, as a rule, it is registered in common ownership. In some regions, the requirement to register as those in need of housing is added to this. If the site cannot be provided for any reason, it is possible to receive monetary compensation - however, such a decision is already being made at the level of the subject of the Federation," the deputy said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

Young employees whose activities are related to rural areas can also apply for the site. Among them are teachers, agronomists, cultural workers and others. It is specified that at first the land is transferred for free use, the term of which is up to six years, and subsequently, if the specialist continues to work in the village or village, then he will be able to register ownership of the land. According to the deputy, young employees, unlike a large family, can choose the land themselves.

"The lists of beneficiaries with the right to free land include the disabled, orphans, and liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident. The first step is to contact the local administration or the MFC, where you can get a list of documents and submit an application. It also happens that a person finds an abandoned plot by himself — through a cadastral map or the chairman of a farming co-op. If no one is officially registered at the site, you can apply for its registration," the deputy said.

On May 10, summer residents were reminded of fines for violating the silence regime. According to Roskachestvo, penalties may be demanded for loud conversations, whistling, music, fireworks, repair work, and barking of pets. In the Moscow region, the fine can reach 3,000 rubles.
