- The expert spoke about the advantages of optimizing work using neural networks

Neural networks allow you to automatically collect, analyze and visualize data in a few seconds, which significantly simplifies workflows, said Alexander Kobozev, director of Data Fusion at the Digital League. He told Izvestia on May 9 which aspects of life such technologies can facilitate.
"This is confirmed by the results of a study published in Bloomberg: on average, workers are 33% more productive every hour when they use AI. Tasks that involve writing, editing text, and generating content are more often passed on to chatbots. Neural networks also help with household items using a system of smart home devices. For example, voice assistants find recipes based on preferences and allergies, set timers, start cleaning and order groceries," he said.
Artificial intelligence is becoming a reliable assistant not only in solving work issues, but also for performing household chores, the expert added. For example, it analyzes preferences and selects movies, music, or products. At the same time, smart gadgets with AI are becoming personal trainers — they motivate you to learn languages, as well as monitor your diet, sleep, and physical activity.
"In addition, the actual function of neural networks has become scheduling for the day — now a person does not need to waste time to fit all their tasks for the day into the calendar, the neural network will do it for him. At the same time, she can also analyze them for criticality and arrange them depending on the priority," Kobozev drew attention.
In his opinion, neural networks are unlikely to be able to completely replace people in the near future, because the goal of AI is not to compete with humans, but to make their lives easier. However, it is worth remembering that excessive use of artificial intelligence can lead to people no longer relying on themselves to make decisions and complete tasks.
"In addition, it is important to keep in mind the complex of ethical risks associated with AI that need to be addressed," the expert concluded.
Earlier, on March 6, it was reported that the majority of creative specialists surveyed actively use neural networks in their work. At the same time, 43% of respondents use them on a regular basis, according to the results of a study by the Moscow Creative Industries Agency and MTS AI. Artists, designers, representatives of the advertising and fashion industries most often use AI to generate ideas and new concepts.
