In the Kursk region, two civilians were injured in drone attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the settlements of Goncharovka and Tetkino in the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region, two people were injured in the attacks. This was announced on May 7 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

"Last night, a Ukrainian drone struck in the village of Goncharovka, Sudzha district. As a result of the attack, a 42-year—old man was injured: he has a shrapnel wound to his head, lower back, and a tangent wound to his left thigh," Khinstein wrote on the Telegram channel.

In addition, according to him, in the village of Tetkino, an FPV drone struck a car, as a result of which a 73-year-old man received a shrapnel penetrating wound to the abdominal cavity.

It is reported that the victims were taken to the Kursk regional hospital, where they are receiving medical care. Khinstein wished the injured men a speedy recovery and urged citizens to take care of themselves.

Earlier, on May 6, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin reported that three civilians of the republic suffered as a result of the aggression of the Kiev regime. According to Pushilin, the wounded are receiving the necessary medical care.
