E. coli bacteria and salmonella were detected in shish kebab billet of "IndiLight" brand, which was sold in Magnolia store.

Izvestia purchased several samples from the stores and submitted them for examination to the testing reference laboratory of the National Center for the Safety of Fish and Agricultural Products (FGBU "NCBRSP"). The manufacturer of the contaminated products, according to the information on the label, is LLC PenzaMolInvest, located in the village of Ovcharnoye, Penza region.

E. coli was detected in two other samples of products, which the editors sent to the laboratory. We are talking about chilled tobacco chicken in marinade of the brand "Troekurovo", which was purchased in the store "Verny", and semi-finished poultry meat from the store "Magnolia".

In addition, according to the results obtained, in all samples of shashlik there were microorganisms that got there in production. We are talking about the CMAFANM indicator (the number of mesophilic, aerobic and facultative-anaerobic microorganisms).

Exceeding these permissible standards indicates insufficient heat treatment of the product, violation of sanitary and hygienic mode of production, transportation and storage rules, experts explained.
