In April of this year, Lada Granta became the most popular model on the Russian secondary car market. Its re-registrations increased by 14% compared to last year and amounted to 14.1 thousand units. This was reported by Autostat Info on May 6.

Lada 2107 is in second place in the ranking of the most resold used models (13.2 thousand units). Kia Rio became the most popular foreign car, but its sales continue to decline: in April, re-registrations fell by 12% (10.7 thousand units).

The fourth was Lada 2114 (10.6 thousand units), the fifth — Hyundai Solaris (10.5 thousand). The top ten was rounded out by Lada Niva Legend and Priora, Ford Focus, Lada Vesta and Toyota Corolla.

In April, the volume of the used passenger car market in the Russian Federation decreased by 3% compared to the same period in 2024 and amounted to 531.6 thousand units. At the same time, the April result was 13% higher than the March one. The secondary market continued to grow, which began in February after the January sales decline, experts noted.
