The weather forecaster told the Muscovites about the sunniest day this week

It will be sunny in Moscow this week on May 6, while the wind will subside a little on this day. Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti news agency, told Izvestia about this.

"The most comfortable day, in the sense that there will be more sun and the wind will subside a little, will be tomorrow, Tuesday. The weather will be determined by an area of high atmospheric pressure, variable clouds, and no precipitation is expected. The minimum temperature in Moscow is +2...+4. Up to -1 degrees in places in the region. The daytime temperature tomorrow in the city is +12...+14, in the region +10...+15. The wind will change to westerly, although it is quite dense, 5-10 m/s," the forecaster said.

According to her, the atmospheric pressure will decrease in the following days. Cloudy weather is forecast on May 7 and 8, with some light rain expected in some places. The minimum temperature in Moscow on Wednesday will be +4...+6, in the region: from +2 to +7. Daytime temperature: +13...+15.

May tremor: Russians expect a cool weekend with precipitation

It is better to plan trips to nature for the second half of the holidays, meteorologists recommend.

On Thursday, it is expected that the minimum temperature in the capital will be +3...+5, in the region from +1 to +6 degrees. At the same time, the daytime temperature in Moscow will be a couple of degrees lower than on May 7, +10...+13 in the region.

"On the 9th, it was partly cloudy at night without significant precipitation, cloudy in the afternoon, with some light short-term rain. The air temperature remains low at night, +1...+6 in the region. In some places, it may drop to -1...-2 degrees. Daytime temperature is +13...+18 degrees. And the north wind will blow again," Pozdnyakova added.

The next day, on May 10, the weather will be without significant precipitation at night, and a light short-term rain is expected in the afternoon. According to the expert, the background temperature on Saturday will remain the same as on Friday. The air temperature on the 9th and 10th will be significantly lower than the climatic norm, with an average daily range of +7...+ 8 degrees, which corresponds to the middle of April. However, more precipitation is forecast on May 11.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that, according to the Hydrometeorological Center, on May 5, the air temperature in Moscow during the day will range from +14 to +16 degrees. The thermometer will drop to 0 at night.
