Tents have been set up for evacuees from a nine-story building burning in southwestern Moscow. This was reported on May 4 by Izvestia correspondent Yevgeny Naprienko from the scene.

"Tents were set up for the residents of the house so that they could keep warm. Drinking water and food were brought to the victims," he said.

It is specified that people will stay in tents until there is a safe opportunity to return to the house.

A fire in an apartment building in Moscow became known earlier that day. According to the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the capital, the fire occurred in two apartments on the eighth and ninth floors of a building on General Tyulenev Street. It is specified that 60 specialists and 20 pieces of equipment are working at the scene. Two people were killed in the incident. Currently, the open gorenje has already been eliminated.
