The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Belgorod region

As a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Yasnye Zori, Belgorod region, the dome of the temple was damaged. This was announced on May 4 by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Information has been received about another barbaric attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the church. The dome of the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the village of Yasnye Zori was damaged by a drone strike," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Gladkov also noted that in the village of Novaya Derevnya, a Ukrainian drone damaged parked special equipment, and in the village of Malinovka, the roof of a private house was pierced.

In the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Shebekinsky district, one of the premises was damaged by the detonation of explosive devices. At the same time, in the Borisov district in the village of Novoaleksandrovka, the windshield of a passenger car was knocked out by a drone.

The day before, Gladkov said that due to the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the Church of St. George in the village of Tolokonnoye, Belgorod region, the domes caught fire. He noted that the fire was quickly eliminated, as well as the consequences of the fire were prevented.
