The actor of "Operation Carpathians" revealed the secret of the second season of the series

The actor of the TV series "Operation Carpathians" Alexander Loye on Wednesday, April 30, revealed the secret of the second part of the film — it will be connected with the relationship of the characters.

The plot takes place in the post-war period. The second season of the series will feature espionage intrigues and the secrets of the gangster underground. Viewers will see how enemy special services will infiltrate the authorities and begin to undermine the system from the inside.

"The project Operation Carpathians <...> has received the title of a national series. And it's a bit atypical, it's not a pure action movie, it's more like a military historical detective story," said Tim Shevtsov, producer of the series.

According to Izvestia film critic Nikolai Nikulin, in the second season, the story, like the characters, became deeper. That is why the words of the characters spoken in the series, and especially in the cabinet decorations, are weighty.

"It happens that you meet a director and you start to trust yourself more as an actor — thanks to his attitude towards you, thanks to his communication with you. And in this case, of course, I had great pleasure working for Mikhail Leonidovich [Agranovich]," said Evgeny Sidikhin, actor of Operation Karpaty.

According to director Agranovich, this film is based on human relationships.

"I really like our complicated triangle of characters — my Verevochkin and [character] Masha Lisova. There will be such an unexpected twist, let's say, in the second season," Loye said.

He believes that the most important thing lies in human relationships, for example, when it is not a simple friendship, but a forced collaboration, during which "something human slips between people."

The premiere of the series "Operation Karpaty – 2" will take place on May 4 at 14:30 on the REN TV channel.
