The main priority of Russia's fiscal policy until 2030 is to ensure the country's defense capability and support its citizens. This was announced on April 28 by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov during a speech at the federal educational marathon "Knowledge. The first ones."

"Today, the main priority is ensuring the country's defense capability and security, supporting citizens, and achieving technological leadership or technological sovereignty," he said.

According to Siluanov, at the moment, the country's needs to meet the needs of the special military operation (SVO) are also being fully met. At the same time, special attention is paid to providing social support to citizens who belong to family members of Russian army servicemen and veterans of their military.

In addition, the Finance minister added that a fund was created to help veterans, where funds come from the country's budget resources. He added that the necessary money for such measures is being allocated as a matter of priority.
