- The Russian Federation has prepared a plan to identify able-bodied unemployed Russians

The Russian government has developed a plan to counter illegal employment and identify unemployed but able-bodied Russians for the period from 2025 to 2027. This was reported on April 28 by the RBC newspaper with reference to the project.
It is clarified that the document has already been agreed with all interested departments and approved by the Russian Trilateral Commission. The initiative will include 18 measures at the federal and regional levels, among which are the prevention of violations of labor laws, in particular, the fight against the substitution of labor relations with civil law and the collection of new information on the labor market.
In addition, experts will analyze the number of able-bodied citizens who are not officially employed. The Russian Ministry of Labor, together with subordinate organizations, is also planning to form a set of measures aimed at attracting potential workers to the labor market.
Valentina Kurenkova, Director of Government Relations at Netologia and head of the GR department of the Association for Innovations in Education, RAZIO, noted on April 27 that dismissal after 40 years can be a severe blow to the purse and self-esteem, but the career does not end there, because employees of this age are often experienced and more in demand among employers..
