An earthquake of magnitude 4.0 was recorded in Tajikistan. This was announced on April 22 at the press center for crisis management of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the republic on the website.

It is noted that the earthquake occurred at 10:04 a.m. local time (08:04 a.m. Moscow time). At the same time, the intensity of the tremors in the epicenter was 4.0 points, while in the Rasht region it was 2-3 points.

The source was located 166 km northeast of Dushanbe. At the moment, there is no information about the victims.
