A man detonated airsoft pyrotechnics in a Moscow hotel

In the Voskhod hotel in Moscow on Altufyevsky Highway, a man detonated an airsoft pyrotechnic device. This was reported to Izvestia on April 21 in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow.

It is noted that no one was injured in the incident.

"As soon as possible, a citizen suspected of using pyrotechnic devices was detained in one of the houses in the north-east of the capital," the ministry said.

They clarified that in the near future the man will be taken to the police department for further investigation.

On April 2, the Ministry of Education of the Moscow Region reported that a fifth-grade student of Secondary School No. 2 in Istra threw a firecracker bomb into a classmate's briefcase during a lesson, which exploded, containing a certain chemical mixture. Nine students needed medical help. On the same day, the Istra prosecutor's office announced an investigation into the explosion of a firecracker at the school.
