Rosfinmonitoring has excluded singer Eduard Charlotte from the register of terrorists and extremists, who was convicted of rehabilitating Nazism and insulting the feelings of believers. This was reported on the agency's website on April 19.

"The list of terrorists and extremists (excluded) <...> Individuals <...> Eduard V. Charlotte, born on 02/07/1998, Samara," the list says.

It is specified that Charlotte was added to the list of terrorists and extremists on July 23, 2024.

On November 22, 2023, Charlotte was detained at Pulkovo Airport, where he arrived from Yerevan. The artist was transferred to Samara. On November 30, three criminal cases were initiated against him — on two counts of rehabilitating Nazism (Part 4 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and one of insulting the feelings of believers (Article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The reason for Charlotte's arrest was the offensive videos he posted online.
