Iranian Foreign Minister arrives in Moscow on a visit

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Moscow on April 17. Negotiations with the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergey Lavrov, are planned as part of the trip.

"The arrival of Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Moscow," reads a message on Araghchi's Telegram channel.

The message is accompanied by footage from the airport showing the Iranian Foreign Minister arriving in Moscow.

Tehran is capable of putting its program on a military track in a few weeks.

Earlier, on March 16, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia could indeed become one of the guarantors of a new agreement between Iran and the United States on the Iranian nuclear program, but this would depend on the results of negotiations that are ongoing between Washington and Tehran.
