The police of Transbaikalia revealed the details of the shooting at a playground in Chita

Near a playground in Chita, a man who frightened local residents fired a New Year's firecracker into the air. This was announced on April 17 in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Law enforcement officers identified the man. It turned out to be a local resident born in 1969.

"In the hands of a citizen, when he was walking in the courtyard, there was a New Year's firecracker," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that the man has already been interviewed and will be handed over to the investigative authorities in the near future.
