A man opened fire near a playground in Chita. Footage from the scene appeared on April 17 at the disposal of Izvestia.

The incident occurred a day earlier in the residential complex "Sunny City". The footage shows how the man approached the children on the playground and talked to them. After the minors dispersed, he left the area and fired into the air, probably with a pistol.
