As a result of an attack by a drone (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) damaged a grocery store in the village of Podyvotye, Sevsky district, Bryansk region. This was announced on April 16 by the governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz.

"Ukrainian terrorists attacked the village of Podyvotye, Sevsky district, with the help of FPV drones," Bogomaz wrote on his Telegram channel.

It is specified that the roof and windows of the store were damaged as a result of the explosive device being dropped. According to the governor, there are no casualties.

Earlier in the day, two people were injured as a result of an attack by an AFU UAV on the city of Shuya in the Ivanovo region. It is clarified that the relevant services are already eliminating the consequences of the drone attack.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the air defense forces shot down seven Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs over the territory of the region from 8:00 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. Moscow time that day.
