Poland's military activity near the borders of Belarus has become one of the factors exacerbating the situation in Europe. This was announced on April 15 by Sergei Naryshkin, Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.

Naryshkin also stressed that in the event of NATO aggression against Russia and Belarus, Poland and the Baltic states would be the first to suffer.

"In the event of aggression by the North Atlantic Alliance against the Union State, damage will be inflicted, of course, on the entire NATO bloc, but to a greater extent, the first to suffer will be the bearers of such ideas among the political circles of Poland and the Baltic countries," Naryshkin said in an interview with reporters.

On April 13, French politician Florian Philippot called on his fellow citizens to "stop" President Emmanuel Macron, who said it was necessary to "impose" a cease-fire on Russia. The politician proposed to organize an official manifesto for peace on Sunday, April 27, in Paris, at the Palais Royal Square.
