Turkish Ministry of Defense organizes a meeting on security issues in the Black Sea


The Turkish Ministry of National Defense is organizing a meeting in Ankara from April 15 to 16, during which military representatives from foreign countries will discuss the safety of navigation in the Black Sea.
"A meeting on security issues in the Black Sea in the light of a possible ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine will be held on April 15-16 at the headquarters of the Turkish Naval Forces Command," the statement said.
The participants of the meeting will be military representatives of foreign countries. According to CNN Turk, a meeting of representatives of Russia and Ukraine may take place within the framework of the event.
Earlier, on April 11, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during the Antalya Diplomatic Forum that the early settlement of the conflict in Ukraine through the conclusion of a just and lasting peace agreement is a priority for Turkey.
