17 houses were damaged by earthquake in Tajikistan

In Tajikistan, 17 residential buildings that were at the epicenter of the tremors were partially destroyed as a result of the earthquake. This was announced on April 13 by the Crisis Management Center of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic.

"According to preliminary data, 17 houses in four villages of the Rasht district were partially damaged, there were no casualties," the emergency Service told TASS.

The ministry added that in the epicenter of the earthquake, the strength of the tremors was 5 points. Work is currently underway to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake.
