- A prisoner of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told about sending the military to certain death by the Skala battalion

Ruslan Gorbenko, a captured militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), said that he was mobilized on his birthday and sent to the Skala battalion, from where soldiers are sent "to slaughter." The video with the soldier was distributed on April 11 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
"They show that they are being fed, but in fact [they put] a mess in a plate, you turn it over, and it does not fall. After that, the unfed soldiers are forced to study," Gorbenko said.
In addition, he mentioned that women who have been released from prison serve in the ranks of the Ukrainian army, and they also participate in assaults.
Speaking about the situation at the front, Gorbenko said that he had received death threats for refusing to follow orders. He and his colleague were sent to a trench to wait for support, but the command did not provide them with proper conditions, which almost led to the death of soldiers. In this regard, the prisoner called on his colleagues to refuse to participate in hostilities and surrender to Russian troops.
On April 9, Dmitry Goncharenko, a captured militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that during a training course in the UK, he was admitted to a medical facility, where he stayed for two days. There he was given two pills, after which he was forced to return to military training.
