"Where is our money?" 18+
Directed by Vladimir Zinkevich. Starring: Alexey Serebryakov, Vladimir Sychev, Natalia Bardot, Andrey Maksimov, Kuzma Kotrelev
The events in the crime comedy "Where's our Money?" take place in the 1990s. Three friends decide to enrich themselves easily by robbing a bank. Everyone has their own goal. So, one of the guys dreams of opening two gas stations in his hometown, the other wants to buy a foreign car, the third dreams of a trip to Italy. The robbers find out that one of the walls in the bank is entirely made of plywood. As a result, they use an excavator to get into the storage and take out 1 million rubles from it. Only lazy people don't discuss the news about the robbery.
But everyone is talking about the 25 million stolen from the safe.
The robbers now have to answer the logical question "Where is our money?", which has become the title of the comedy. It is possible that most of the money was hidden by someone from their own. Another option is that the trio has competitors. Vladimir Zinkevich's film "Where is Our Money?" won the Best Film award at the New Season Festival back in 2024. It was released on wide screens this Thursday, April 10th.

Directed by Alex Garland and Ray Mendoza. Starring: Andrew McDonald, Matthew Penry-Davey, Allon Rich.
Among the novelties of the week is the military action film "Under Fire" by Alex Garland and Ray Mendoza. The latter, by the way, is a veteran of the Iraq War. His personal experience formed the basis of the film's script. On the screen, you can see a reconstruction of the 2006 operation to rescue Mendoza and his colleagues. According to the story, a platoon of US Navy special forces soldiers is stationed in the house of an Iraqi family, monitoring the movement of American troops through rebel territory. Ray and his colleagues are besieged. It lasts 90 minutes, which seems endless to all participants in the operation.
Ray Mendoza served in the Navy Seal team, as the unit of the US Navy is called, for more than 16 years. Previously, he was involved as a military consultant for another Alex Garland film, "The Fall of the Empire" (in the original — "Civil War"). The tape was released on wide screens a year ago and made a lot of noise. The main role in it was played by Kirsten Dunst.
