Russian used cars fell in price by 6% in a year

In the Russian secondary market in March, the average cost of a domestic car with a mileage of no more than 15 years remained at the January level and amounted to 718 thousand rubles, which is 6% less than a year earlier. Experts from <url> Assessment told Izvestia about this on April 9.

Models of Chinese brands in March were offered at an average price of 2.19 million rubles, which is 2% lower than last year's values. The Primorsky Territory topped the list of regions where the average cost decreased the most in March for the second month in a row. Compared to February values, the price of a used car decreased by 3.4% there, to 2.57 million rubles.

In March, the most noticeable decrease in the average cost in the secondary market compared to February was recorded for the Exeed LX crossover (-5.2%; 2 million rubles). Next are the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro (-5%; 1.52 million rubles), Mercedes-Benz V-Class W447 (-4%; 10.54 million rubles), Haval Jolion (-4%; 1.82 million rubles) and Volvo XC90 II (-4%; 3.71 million rubles).
