The charge was brought against a man who shot from the roof of a house in Murmansk.

A local man who shot from the roof of an apartment building in Murmansk has been charged. This was announced on April 8 by the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region (SU IC RF).
It is clarified that he is charged under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Encroachment on the life of law enforcement officers") and Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs "a", "e" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code ("Attempted murder of two or more persons committed in a generally dangerous manner").
According to the agency, at the moment the person involved is in serious condition under guard in the hospital with wounds to his head and left hip.
"In the absence of medical contraindications, necessary investigative actions will be carried out with him, and the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention has been resolved," the Investigative Committee's Telegram channel says.
Investigators have appointed forensic examinations, the details of what happened are being established.
Eyewitnesses reported shooting on the roof of an apartment building in Murmansk on March 30. Local media reported that an unknown person opened fire from a firearm from the roof of one of the houses on Kola Avenue.
Later, employees of the Murmansk "Wolverine" assembly and the "Bear" riot police of the Russian Guard neutralized the man who opened fire on the roof. A criminal case was opened on the fact of an attempt on the life of law enforcement officers under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Encroachment on the life of a law enforcement officer").
