Two people died in a truck accident in the Amur region.

In the Svobodnensky district of the Amur region, two trucks collided, as a result of which, according to preliminary data, both drivers were killed. This was announced on Tuesday, April 8, by the press service of the regional State Traffic Inspectorate in the Telegram channel.

The ministry clarified that the collision of two trucks occurred in the morning on the Blagoveshchensk–Svobodny highway. As a result of the accident, one of the vehicles caught fire.

According to preliminary data, both drivers died from their injuries. Currently, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate, as well as the investigative and operational group of the intermunicipal department (MO) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Svobodnensky" are working at the scene.
