In the village of Sukhoi Liman, Odessa region of Ukraine, a man died during an attempt to forcibly mobilize him by employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine). This was reported on April 4 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

It is specified that passers-by prevented the work of the military commissars when the Ukrainian lost consciousness.

"While people were waiting for an ambulance, the man stopped showing signs of life, they tried to resuscitate him on the spot, but to no avail," the article clarifies.

A video posted by the publication shows how eyewitnesses provide first aid to the victim, including indirect heart massage, while an ambulance is expected to arrive. Despite his efforts, the man could not be saved.

On March 30, police officers and employees of the territorial recruitment center forcibly mobilized a man in Khmelnitsky in front of his family. The military commissars wrung the Ukrainian's hands while his child was crying nearby.

On March 21, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmitry Lubinets, reported that shopping malls began to violate human rights more often during mobilization. According to him, there are especially many complaints from the Kharkiv region — more than 40 in 2.5 months.
