Economist Sachs pointed to Europe's desire to continue the conflict in Ukraine

According to him, the Ukrainian authorities place "high stakes" on peace, but they themselves do not seek it. In addition, Sachs added that many in Europe are quite satisfied that the Ukrainian conflict continues. Because, in their opinion, this "keeps Russia away from them."
