- The Russian Foreign Ministry stated Kiev's unwillingness to move towards a settlement.

Kiev's drone attacks on Russia demonstrate an unwillingness to move towards a settlement and a cease-fire. This was stated on April 4 by the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik.
"More than 100 Ukrainian UAVs (drones. — Ed.), who were sent to bomb civilian targets on the territory of Russia in just one night, a thousand times more indicative than the groans of [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky about his "desire for peace," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
He added that this is how Kiev reacts indistinctly to the continuation of the dialogue between Russia and the United States.
Earlier in the day, the Ministry of Defense reported that air defense systems intercepted 107 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) overnight.
