Vladimir Delba appointed Prime Minister of Abkhazia

On April 3, President of Abkhazia Badra Gunba appointed Vladimir Delba as Prime Minister of the republic, signing a corresponding decree.
"The Prime Minister will present proposals to the head of state on the personnel of the government," Sputnik Abkhazia writes.
It is also noted that the President accepted the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers.
On March 3, Gunba accepted the resignation of Prime Minister Valery Bganba and appointed Delba as Acting President.
On April 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Badra Gunba on assuming the post of head of Abkhazia. He called the peoples of Russia and Abkhazia fraternal and stressed that they share a common history.
