- Projects of NMG Film Distribution company will be presented at the Russian Film Business Forum

Almost 20 multi-genre projects of NMG Kinoprokat (part of the National Media Group holding) will be presented at the Russian Film Business Forum in Moscow, which takes place from April 1 to 3 at the Cinema Park Mosfilm complex. The genre range ranges from the crime comedy "Where's my Money?" to the animated film "Heroes".
"The biggest presentation that caused a stir was at NMG Film Distribution! It's understandable: what names, what names. We are waiting for the sequel to "Red Silk" called "Black Silk", where Maxim Matveev will play Richard Sorge, as well as the film "Pinocchio" with Alexander Petrov as Basilio the cat and Fyodor Bondarchuk as Karabas-Barabas," noted film critic Nikolai Nikulin.
Among the projects there are films produced by the REN TV channel — the crime film "Gelya", as well as the comedy "Run" with the participation of actors Mikhail Porechenkov and Nikita Kologrivy.
In addition, in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, there are large-scale projects "There is only a moment", as well as "The Postman", in which actor Alexander Petrov took part. He played the role of a postman delivering letters and telegrams in a small town during the Great Patriotic War.
"We wanted to tell about the world of the home front in 1943, about the world of spring in the southern city and the story that the main character told," said producer Elena Yatsura.
In addition, the premiere of the film "The Ferryman" about faith in goodness and love for the Motherland from director Fyodor Popov is expected. The film tells the story of a resident of the south of Zaporozhye, who ferries fellow villagers from one shore to the other. According to the director, the ferry is the main character of the film, and everything else is auxiliary stuff.
The comedy "There" about a taxi driver who delivers a passenger to Ufa and experiences the best moments of her life with her will also be presented. Bazelevs general producer Lala Rustamova called the film a story about how one meeting can change a life.
Another comedy project, "Neurobatya," will tell about how the consciousness of an IT specialist father moves into smart devices.
"The son who was once in the hands of his dad, now the dad is in the hands of his son in the form of a gadget," explained producer Georgy Malkov.
The international film market and the Russian Film Business Forum, where upcoming film premieres are presented to professionals, started on April 1. It was noted that the screenings and presentations will continue for three days almost without stops and pauses. Five feature-length feature films and documentaries will be presented as part of the film market.
