According to preliminary data, the driver of the Haval car, when turning left, did not give way to a woman with a baby carriage who was crossing the roadway at a pedestrian crossing.

"As a result of a traffic accident, a pedestrian woman and a child were taken to a medical facility, where they received one-time medical care," the report said.

An administrative offense report has been drawn up against the driver under Article 12.18 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to provide driving advantages to pedestrians or other road users").
