Experts named professionals who actively use AI in Russia

More than 30% of Russians surveyed actively use neural networks to search for professional information, and about 50% of respondents periodically turn to neural search. Frequent users include marketers and lawyers. This is stated in the results of a study by the APUM marketing agency, impulse.guru and social networks for networking of IT and digital specialists "Grid" with the support of SpyWords. Izvestia got acquainted with the results on April 1.
Experts noted that this indicates a clear trend: more and more Russians prefer to use artificial intelligence (AI) instead of traditional search engines, eliminating the need to formulate queries precisely.
"If anyone is enjoying the AI revolution, it's marketers and IT specialists. According to the study, 20% of marketers and 15% of IT specialists actively use neural networks in their work, as AI significantly accelerates the generation of ideas, advertising concepts, writing code and data analysis," the analysts said.
Lawyers (13%), sales and customer service specialists (18%), and employees of science and education (22%) also demonstrate high activity. In these areas, AI helps automate routine processes, analyze large amounts of data, and even participate in the preparation of educational materials.
The financial sector uses neural networks in 10% of cases, mainly for forecasting, calculations and detection of fraudulent schemes. Production and service use AI (16%) to diagnose equipment, control product quality, and manage customer requests.
"The most conservative areas are medicine, HR, construction, and retail. AI has not yet become a key tool in them, although artificial intelligence has long been helping with HR recruitment, resume analysis and the creation of motivational programs," the study says.
At the same time, according to experts, Moscow and St. Petersburg remain leaders in the implementation of neural networks.: 29% of office workers in the capital and 32% of specialists from St. Petersburg use AI in their work. This is due to the high level of digitalization, the presence of IT companies, startups and a large number of students who are learning new technologies faster.
Earlier, on March 24, it was reported that 85% of surveyed entrepreneurs consider the main advantage of neural networks to be that they help save time for more important tasks. Among the advantages, respondents highlighted the generation of fresh ideas and thoughts (58%), accessibility at any time (56%), load optimization (53%), cost reduction for work processes (49%) and assistance in choosing optimal solutions for business (48%). This follows from the results of a study of the YUKASSA online and offline payment acceptance service.
