In the Sverdlovsk region, a driver was killed in a collision between two cars. This was announced on March 29 by the press service of the regional State Traffic Inspectorate in the Telegram channel.

It is specified that the accident occurred at about 6:00 a.m. local time (4:00 a.m. Moscow time) on the 57th km of the Yekaterinburg – Rezh –Alapaevsk highway. According to preliminary data, the 22-year-old driver of a Volkswagen Polo drove into oncoming traffic, where he collided with a Toyota Auris car driven by a 40-year-old man.

According to the agency, the Volkswagen driver died at the scene before the ambulance arrived. The man driving the Toyota, as well as a 13-year-old passenger, were taken to the hospital with various injuries.

It is reported that law enforcement agencies have appointed a chemical and toxicological examination to determine the condition in which the deceased man was during the accident. At the moment, the police are investigating the circumstances of the accident and are carrying out the necessary procedural actions.

On March 28, an ambulance crashed into a bus stop in the south of Moscow. It was noted that before the collision, the car was driving in the oncoming lane on Kirovogradskaya Street with the flashing lights on. According to preliminary data, three people were injured in the incident.
