An earthquake of magnitude 4.1 occurred in Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Territory, the press service of the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region reported on March 28, citing the branch of the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) in Vladikavkaz.

It is specified that the epicenter of the seismic event was in the village of Yutsa, its depth was 17 km. On the surface, the tremor was felt at about 2.0 points.
