A man was killed in a truck collision in Bashkiria.

In the Kushnarenkovsky district of Bashkiria, an accident occurred with two trucks, the driver of one of them was killed. This was announced on March 28 by the Republican State Traffic Inspectorate (GAI).

The accident occurred on the 68th km of the highway R-240.

"According to preliminary data, a 65-year—old resident of the city of Agidel, driving a GAZ cargo van, collided with a passing MAZ truck, which stopped at a forbidding traffic light," the department's Telegram channel says.

The driver of the van died before the ambulance arrived, the driver of the MAZ truck was not injured. The accident investigation continues.

A day earlier, two cars collided in Novosibirsk, killing two people and injuring three. The cause of the accident was the departure of one of the cars at a forbidding traffic light, its driver was drunk at that moment. A criminal case was opened into the accident.
