In Vladivostok, 21 cars burned down in a fire in a parking lot. This was announced on Monday, March 24, by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"This morning, a car fire broke out in a parking lot on Firtovaya Street in Vladivostok. Firefighters from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately sent to the site," the ministry said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
The fire was extinguished on an area of 150 sq. m. There were no fatalities or injuries, the cause of the fire and damage are being established.
Earlier, on March 23, in Neftekamsk, Bashkortostan, a fire broke out in a home appliance store in the Tsentralny shopping complex. Due to the increased fire rank, 40 employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and 16 pieces of equipment were involved. It is noted that the open gorenje was eliminated, and a total of 265 people were evacuated.
