A baby and his grandmother were rescued from a burning apartment in Bataysk

In Bataysk, a 69-year-old woman and her young grandson were rescued from an apartment building during a fire. This was announced on March 22 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Rostov region in the Telegram channel.

It is noted that the fire occurred as a result of the fact that one of the residents of the house left a frying pan on the stove, after which the hot oil caught fire.

According to the agency, seven people were evacuated, the injured pensioner and the baby were sent to a medical facility.

It is indicated that the fire on 12 square meters was eliminated. 11 people, as well as five pieces of equipment, were involved in extinguishing the fire.
