Vyacheslav Zaitsev's fashion house collection was shown in the Manege.

As part of the fourth day of Moscow Fashion Week, on Sunday, March 16, a fashion house collection by Vyacheslav Zaitsev and his son Egor was shown. As Ekaterina Romashkina, the acting general director of the fashion house, told Izvestia, it was decided to present a retrospective collection of models from previous years that still look modern.

"We hold a lot of shows where we show people what was created by Vyacheslav Mikhailovich and Egor, just as today we will show a retrospective collection that will look very fresh and relevant. The fashion house is actively living, we continue our active creative life," Romashkina said.

According to her, fashion designers are currently thinking about developing a capsule collection that can be presented to the public for the upcoming seasons of Moscow Fashion Week. Maria Kharchenko, a model participating in the show, noted that she feels only positive emotions when wearing the Zaitsevs' clothes.

"This is not my first show of Vyacheslav Zaitsev and Egor Zaitsev, his son, who is also a talented person. And every time I wear their creations, I feel a lot of bright and kind emotions," said the model.

The shows of Russian and foreign designers will be held from March 13 to March 18.

On March 15, Russian and foreign brands presented their collections at the shows. The models appeared on the catwalk in the images of designers from different parts of the world — from Dagestan to Spain. Russian fashion was represented by brands from Penza, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Tver, Chelyabinsk and other cities of the country.

The fourth Moscow Fashion Week started on March 13. The first show featured a collection inspired by the images from The Master and Margarita and the story of Marie Antoinette. The Manege featured images of their different materials: velvet, leather, fur, and natural fabrics. Some designers even presented knitted headscarves and berets, symbolizing nostalgia for childhood. In addition, during the second day, the guests were able to attend lectures and watch the short film World Fashion Short.
