"In Moscow, wind gusts reach 24 m/s (Vnukovo). Be careful!" the Moscow City News agency quoted the forecaster as saying.

Earlier in the day, city services urged Muscovites not to take shelter under trees in bad weather, and to park cars away from trees, RT reports.
