The Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of strong winds in Moscow on March 14

South-westerly and westerly winds with gusts are expected to increase in Moscow on Friday, March 14. This was announced on March 13 by the press service of the Moscow Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Telegram channel.

"In the period from 00:00 hours on March 14 to the end of the day on March 14, the south-westerly, westerly wind is expected to increase in Moscow with gusts of up to 17 m/s at night and 17-22 m/s in the afternoon," the statement said.

For safety reasons, the agency recommended parking in safe places, avoiding unstable structures and billboards, and not leaving children unattended.

The Traffic Management Center urged drivers in Moscow to be careful on the roads on March 14 due to the predicted deterioration of the weather. According to weather forecasts, rain and strong winds are expected in the Russian capital tomorrow.
