Moscow Fashion Week starts on March 13 and will become a platform for the discovery and promotion of domestic brands, as well as one of the main engines of import substitution policy in the field of fashion in the country. It will be held in the Central Exhibition Hall "Manege".
Moscow Fashion Week is the largest point of attraction for fashion professionals. According to the organizers, 200 fashion designers will take part in shows, markets, a showroom and other events. In addition to Russian fashion designers, Moscow Fashion Week will bring together designers from China, Indonesia, South Africa and many other countries.
A market will be open for visitors in the exhibition hall, where everyone will be able to purchase products from about 100 domestic designers, including Sergey Sysoev (Moscow); Shin (Moscow); Front (Moscow); Efremov (Moscow); Gapanovich (Murmansk); Abzaeva (Ulan-Ude); Za_Za (St. PetersburgBaikal Murano (Irkutsk), as well as more than 85 designers from Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Chelyabinsk and other Russian cities.
Russian Russians and guests of the capital will also be able to attend master classes for free and listen to leading experts who will talk about the Russian footprint in world fashion and the Russian code, current trends, legendary collections of fashion houses and the use of neural networks in the industry. The program may be of interest to designers, students of specialized fields, entrepreneurs and marketers.
Also, as part of the fashion week, the World Fashion Shorts short film festival will be held at the Artplay Design Center. The program will include the best short films from Russia and other participating countries in the history of the festival, as well as a workshop on fashion video editing techniques.
On the first day, there will be fashion shows by Rogov (Moscow), Vereja (Moscow), Abzaeva (Ulan-Ude) and 12 other brands. And the fashion week will be opened by students and graduates of the Moscow Art and Industrial Institute (MHPI).
The next day, Reborn29 designers from Indonesia and I-La from China will showcase their new collections. There will also be a lecture hall where Julia Kudryavtseva, founder of the Sky Joker men's clothing brand and J.KEY BURO business agency, Anna Kiva, organizer of the Shop of Images project, stylist, decorator, photographer, collector of folk art, and others will speak.
On March 15, residents and guests of the capital will be able to attend 15 designer shows from eight cities: Measure (Makhachkala), IMKmode (Moscow), Lesel (Moscow) and others. Fashion designers from Spain and Ethiopia will also present their collections on this day.
On the final day, the Manege will host 13 presentations of collections of Russian brands from Moscow, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Makhachkala and Yakutsk, and a collective screening of Ivanovo State Polytechnic University.
The events will be attended by bloggers, stylists, buyers, Russian and foreign journalists, and many others. Admission is free, except for some private screenings.
Earlier, on December 28, Kristina Sudnik, an entrepreneur and head of the Bahar Design women's clothing brand, spoke about fashion trends in clothing in 2025. According to her, the year will be full of a variety of colors and prints in clothing. Jackets with wide shoulders and volume will become fashionable again.
