Reuters reported that Trump has no demands for the demilitarization of Ukraine.

American leader Donald Trump did not demand the demilitarization of Ukraine as part of the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported on March 11 by the Reuters news agency, citing a European official.
"Demilitarization is one of the few Russian demands that Trump did not put pressure on Ukraine to fulfill," the agency's material says.
It is specified that in Europe they expect the US president to maintain this position. However, according to the agency's source, the White House opposed Kiev's entry into the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO).
On the same day, French Defense Minister Sebastian Lecorny announced at the Paris Forum on Security and Strategic Issues that France opposes any demilitarization of Ukraine, since the army remains the basis of its security.
